Well, last year when I was in shape, I could run 1 mile (1.6km) in
5:30-5:40 or so.  2 miles (3.2 km) certainly under 12 minutes).  But,
I'm not a runner; I'm a rower.  The real question is how long does it
take you to row 2000m on an ergometer? :P
