Hi Thom,
Unfortunately we all live miles away from each other!
My best is still 29.xx average although now I'm using L2L2 full time I'm
hoping that will come down. In the last few days and without too much
practice my L2L2 average has come down to around 32-33 seconds. My 29.xx is
L2L1 and L2L2 is quite a bit more efficient so with a bit more practice I'm
expecting better times.
A friend of mine (John White) who used to be a speedcuber 20+ years ago
lives up near you (liverpool) but he hasn't caught onto the revival. Pity -
he was faster than me and also held the blindfold world record!

best wishes

Duncan
