Minor pieces of advice for 3 and 4:

Use U turns to save on rotations and make F and B turns easier.  Try
those algs like this:

(R' U' R)(F R2 D')(R U R' D)(R2 d' L')
(F R2 U')(R2 U)(R2 d) R'(L U2 L')

Also, for all of the Pi, T, and U COLL algs you're having problems
with, I suggest heading to the ZB group to check out.  We've been
generating huge lists of algs for them, and I'm sure you can find
something you like.
