I don't believe that's true.  You need precise finger muscles, and 
enough strength to turn the sides which depends on the stiffness of the 
cube.  I do not really believe that anyone achieves strong fingers and 
wrist muscles as a result of cubing.  You can get hurt, such as 
repetitive stress syndrome, but that doesn't mean you're strong.

I think the racket hand of a badminton player could crush any of us.
