No, 216 is for OLL. For PLL it's 288.

And hey... at RWC 2005 we had about 660 regular 3x3 solves. Assuming 
everybody used PLL as last step, there's a 90% chance that at least 
once we had a complete PLL skip (i.e. not even an AUF necessary). Is 
anybody here who had this?
