It's not a big deal at all.  I'm just pointing it out so that if you're 
in a magic competition, please don't start your hands like that.

The idea of the regulations is so that there is no ambiguity that there 
is puzzle manipulation before the timer is started.  If your fingers 
are over the Magic like that, there is a slight bit of ambiguity.  Not 
much, not likely, but why take a risk?
