When I first learned F2L, I blindly memorized algorithms. Then over time I
learned how they worked and now I do F2L intuitively.
My LL is still done entirely with muscle memory and I have no idea what the
heck I'm doing. I see a case and then my hands solve it.
So, whatever works for you. I just memorized algs blindly when I first
started and it worked fine.
