Wow, I've never seen one like this. What do you mean you can't turn
the 1x2x3 blocks? Are they hard to turn or do they not turn at all? In
any case, how to take it apart of course depends on the mechanism. Any
info or pictures (e.g. with parts turned 45 degrees) you can provide
us might help...
