On Frappr, click on "My Frappr", "Edit My Basic Profile", and you'll see the following:

I think I have my location marked to within a few feet of my house. :) I forgot to mention that http://www.cubestation.co.uk has a "Speedcuber Profiles" section that has more listings than either of these two sites, and it includes location.
