Dan Knight's finger tricks are still available our files section.
Click on "Files" on the left side and go to the folder "Dan K's
fingertricks".

Furthremore, how would you recommend improving in this area? As of
right now, I am just taking my time while doing my algs, and focusing
on determining which finger is closest/easiest, etc. If I keep up with
that (with no real "method", just intuitive practice), will I get better?
