Joël, Well.. If you are a speedcuber, and you know what cycles are, the easiest method to get reasonable times would be this one:
http://www.stefan-pochmann.de/spocc/blindsolving/3x3/ Of course others might have other opinions about this, but I think this method is a method that enables you to memorise and solve efficiently, and once you are blindfolded, you don't have to think about anything at all.
