Ok, well...

I averaged about low 30s with the following method:

Cross, insert FL corners, not caring about orientation, and either
learn the 11 or w/e algs for F2L with corner inserted...then:

17 basic LL algs for 4LLL(everytime) (some on the next page too)

With practice this can become fast, and then you can just get
intuitive for the last of F2L and eliminate a few of the steps.  I now
average around 24 seconds and I know all except 4 PLLs and a handful
of OLLs, and full F2L...its all what you want to take the time to learn...
