Do you have other stuff on your USB ports ? Because the ALCATEL USB modem
doesn't respect the specification of the USB about the power (hummm sorry if
it's not correct in english :) and if you try to use all brandwitch of the
usb modem and you have other stuff the modem can hangup and all led switch
off....
The solution is to buy a hub, or try with only the modem connected on the
usb port...

You can find the binaries file on the web of Benoit .... Maybe near the src
file
