As a complete Linux newbie I would like to say thanks to the developer
community for making the driver. In no time at all I was able to surf the
net with RedHat 7.1 (with kernel 2.4.3). All this with less than one weeks
experience with Linux. I simply followed the instructions contained in the
INSTALL file of the driver package and read the HOWTO at
http://linux-usb.sourceforge.net/SpeedTouch/howto.html
Now I have a few tweaking questions:
(1) What does " usbdevfs: USBDEVFS_BULK failed dev 2 ep 0x85 len 512
ret -110" mean? Is this a problem?
(2) How do I make the modem connect automatically on boot up?
(3) I have an ethernet card installed. How do I share the ADSL connection
with a Windows2000 machine?
