To get it to reconnect automatically, run ppp in ddial mode (either with
the -ddial switch on the command line or by putting "set mode ddial"
in the ppp.conf.
To get the command to run at the right time, put it in the adsl section
of the ppp.linkup file. Remember to include a space between the ! and
the actual command.
