Hi Tim,
I have downloaded your snapshot. I'm assuming the executable in there,
is the current version you are using so I've simply renamed my current
pppoa3 and replaced it with yours. I'm sorry to say it's not made any
difference whatsoever for me. Here's an extract from my 'downup' log
(using your pppoa3), when I was downloading something last night:
