lol, in fact i think they mean that anyone have personal use for theyr linux
box, ( some server, some workstation, some dev box .....etc) that way one
have specific topics to include or not in the kernel, u have a common base
to make speedtouch working the rest is made of what u want to use ....There
is no standard options, u need to custumize ur kernel, in order to make it
run faster (boot, exec ...) for ur day/to/day use...

So If they had to explain all reasons, they will need like a new ML to
discuss about it !!!
