So do I need to replace the :

ifconfig | grep ppp0 >/dev/null 2>&1 && ping -c 2 !!PPP-Partner!! 2>&1 >
/dev/null

with /pathtofile/ifconfig | /pathtofile/grep ppp0 >/dev/null 2>&1 &&
/pathtofile/ping -c 2 !!PPP-Partner!! 2>&1 > /dev/null

??

Atm I have a seperate task running watch 300 /path/script because of the
crontab prob
