Add "defaultroute" to your PPP config file

(the global options are in /etc/ppp/options, however you may have an ADSL
specific config in /etc/ppp/peers/?)

You may also need to add "usepeerdns", in order for DNS to be set-up when
connecting (or you can manually specify the DNS servers in
/etc/resolv.conf).

All the best,
Tim.
