i have a problem compiling the firmware_loader from the speedboundle
1.0 on a knoppix box, running kernel 2.4.23.
this is the error i get. after running ./configure from the top level
i run make. it works fine with kernel_module, linux-atm, ppp and
firmware directories, but when it enters the firmaware_loader dir i
have the following error:

i have a version of modem_run compiled on a different machine (running
redhat 7.2), so i tried to use this one but when i issue a
modem_run -v 2 -f firmware.bin
i have the following error in the syslog:

into the kernel, not as a module)
