Hi All, I have been in contact with Duncan Sands concerning a problem a number of us are having with the version 4.00 Silver 330 SpeedTouch Modem which will not accept the modem_run firmware upload.
Duncan suggested I try usb-snoopy on a Windows machine. The file has logged the Speedtouch modem being connected and then connecting to the net - the file is large (7MB) but available if anyone is interested. If too large I can remove (manually) some of the hex code which probably is not required.
