For PPPoE, you have two different solutions
- kernel module and pppoe plugin (need ATM and PPPoE support in kernel,
br26484ctl for atm modem and ppp-2.4.1 patching but ppp-2.4.2b3 should be
ready)
- user mode (need only rp-pppoe program to be compilated or used as an .rpm)
This kernel solution should need less power calculation but is more
complicated to set, the second is more easy
I try both and had oops during connection stop with the kernel solution. The
user mode solution work.
