This is the normal way when you are not using the kernel driver and pppoa3.
Your message show that you have a Rev4.00, so you need ZZZLP1.eni and
ZZZLP2.eni to be loaded by modem_run
You could add -v 1 option to modem_run to be more verbose.
If it is still not working, show the result of 'mount' and 'lsmod | grep
usb' (without '')
