Hi Ok the thing is that I also get by my provider phone through my adsl line, phone which is voice over ip. so they give you a device which you connect to the Ethernet port of the 530.as for the computer, you have to connect through the usb port. they give you the vpi/vci, and you have to connect through ppoatm. The 530 is detected as a only usb-adsl modem, and can't use it to connect. and connecting through Ethernet(if I managed to do this) , would mean that I have no phone
