Hello everyone,

I searched the ML but didn't find an answer that could solve my
problem. I used the howto document posted to this list by Ullrich
Sigwanz
(http://www.mail-archive.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/msg04203.html) to
install the SpeedTouch modem (green manta) with PPPoE.

I am running FC2 2.6.5-1.358, SpeedTouch 1.3, firmware from windows
(alcaudsl.sys) and modem-run 1.3.

The installation went smoothly and the connection went up. The problem
happens, when the connection drops. I don't know if it's due to ISP or
my configuration, but when it's trying to reconnect it throws this to
the log:

Sep 20 10:16:43 localhost adsl-connect: ADSL connection lost; attempting
re-connection.

Sep 20 10:17:24 localhost pppd[17799]: Exit.

The only thing that helps is reboot of the machine. Does anyone have any
idea of reason of this error and possibly know how to fix it ? :)

Thank you.
