Hallo everyone, I have a Speedtouch USB modem configured on a Debian Sarge with a 2.6.9 kernel. If I boot the system with the modem not plugged in the USB connector, and I plug it in after the boot is complete, everything goes right. But if I leave the modem plugged in at boot time, nothing happens, even if I try to run "speedtouch-start" later. I have to say that I complied inside the kernel all the modules needed, but not the speedtouch module, I used the one that comes with the speedtouch-1.3.1 tarball. Does somebody know where is the problem?
