Thanks, Andrew for your prompt response. Unfortunately, it didn't help as I already have the folder /media/floppy, but the system doesn't seem to recognize this fact.
This is what happens: [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/# cp -r /media/floppy/* . && chmod +x firmware-extractor cp: cannot stat '/media/floppy/*': No such file or directory [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~# cd /media/floppy [EMAIL PROTECTED]: /media/floppy# cp -r /media/floppy/* . && chmod +x firmware-extractor cp: cannot stat '/media/floppy/*': No such file or directory As you will have guessed, I'm not a Linux expert and find this apparent contradiction most frustrating. Am I missing something? Anything you can do to help would be much appreciated.
