Your ISP terminated the connection.
Check you have your details entered correctly in
/etc/ppp/chap-secrets
/etc/ppp/pap-secrets
/etc/ppp/peers/speedtch
make sure that your username and password are the same as what works in 
Windows. 
Don't forget to enclose them in 'quotes'. Check there's a space and a * and 
another 
space between you username and password in chap-secrets. Try adding debug to 
the 
options in /etc/ppp/peers/speedtch
