That's not really a modem issue. In short you set up a network with the machine's default route pointing to the computer with the modem and then set that machine to do NAT. A place to start would be: http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Masquerading-Simple-HOWTO/index.html and http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/IP-Masquerade-HOWTO/index.html first get the machines networked, then try to sort out NAT / connection sharing.
