Hi all,
I'm not being able to have the Speedtouch 330 working
with Fecora Core 3. The problem is the following:
1) everytime I issue the command
#speedtouch-start <ret>
* on /var/log/messages appears

usb 1-3.4: bulk timeout on ep5in
usb 1-3.4: usbfs: USBDEVFS_BULK failed ep 0x85 len 512
ret -110
Another program/driver is already accessing the modem
(interface 1 cannot be claimed)...

* AND the LED from the Right Side (ADSL) turns Orange
2) I issued the command
$lsmod <ret>
and...
...
speedtch 12745 0
usb_atm 17521 1 speedtch
atm 39701 1 usb_atm
....
which means something is already tacking care of
speedtouch !????
3) Most strange of all, is that speedtoch-doctor gives
the following:
#./speedtouch-doctor.sh
You are using linux kernel version 2.6.9-1.667
Support for USB is OK
Preliminary USB device filesystem is OK
I found no USB controller
And I'm sure I have harware on the USB, working
perfecly!
I'm becoming desperate... pls HELP!!!
