This page on the current site was updated by Wayne and I last fall: http://www.openspf.org/media.html and has a pretty current (except for the appeals and the RFC publication) history. I'd recommed considering that too. I also notice, now that I look, that Wayne is still listed as the project media contact. Probably not the best for the job just now...
