About http://www.openspf.org/why.html ...

We're currently testing a commercial spam filtering solution, so we've just
outsourced everything to a local company, our MX is set to 193.69.167.44 which
belongs to this company.

Someone tried sending emails to us and got a bounce referring to
http://spf.pobox.com/why.html?sender=XXX%40exoweb.net&ip=193.69.167.44&receiver=
which redirects to openspf.org. (senders name is obscured).

Obviously the problem here is not at the senders side, but at the receivers
setup. Maybe this should be listed as a possible cause?

(we have of course notified this local company about this as well).
