I got commit access from Stéfan, and everything is now here:
http://sphinx.googlecode.com/svn/contrib/trunk
I left mathml.py out after all as it would probably require some more
work. The mathml code originates from ASE [1] which is under GPL, so it
probably can't be bundled with Sphinx.
