Actually, I just upgraded to 0.4.3. If the image-scaling issue is
still present, then maybe it's time for me to work from trunk :).

Sphinx has been great for helping up deploy docs throughout or whole
organization. We also have the Chaco docs online:

http://code.enthought.com/projects/chaco/docs/html/

Traits and Envisage will be joining them soon :-).
