Has anyone noticed getting different results from the Sphinx LaTeX PDF output, depending on which implementation of LaTeX you use?
When I try to build the Chaco or Mayavi docs using MikTeX on Windows, the result is OK except for the footer. Instead of the chapter or section title appearing in the footer, it says "Contents" all the way through the document. The published versions of these docs on code.enthought.com (made with texlive on Linux) have correct footers. I noticed that the Cython manual PDF has the same issue I'm seeing: http://cython.org/docs/cython-docs/build/latex/cython.pdf Was that produced with MikTeX? Has anybody else noticed this?
