Hi all - I'm looking for somebody familiar with using sphinx who would be willing to do a presentation in the Bay Area in March. The python interest group I'm a part of (hi to any Baypiggies on the list) is having a tools night. I'm in charge of getting presenters and sphinx is one of the tools I'm interested in. This seemed like a good place to ask around.
So - If you are interested in giving a brief presentation on Sphinx or know somebody who might be interested please contact me. I'll be happy to take any responses directly if you prefer not to clutter the list. Oh - and details - the tools night will be at Google Mountain View on March 10th at 7:30pm. Your talk can range from 20 minutes to 40 minutes. I'd like to see some tutorial component (this is how you do things) but you can feel free to structure your talk however you like. The audience typically is somewhere in the 100 person range and frequently includes python luminaries (Guido used to come, Alex Martelli is a mainstay as is Wesley Chun...) Obviously you need to be somewhat local to the Bay Area (I drive from the central valley). In the interests of making this as convenient as possible I would be happy to provide transportation. I don't have a budget for speakers but am considering Python books as gratuities for the speakers and of course would be happy to buy supper or a drink before or afterwards as your schedule permits... -regards Simeon Franklin --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "sphinx-dev" group.
