Got the tables to show. Now the only thing to resolve is that on the Sphinx index.html the table (for the documentation section) does not show a border. How does one control the border, in my sample I see a thin border line around all the cells. Looked at the .. table:: directive but don't see anything which allows to define the border type, also tried the .. tabularcolumns:: directive.
