Hello! I've looked and looked, but I can't figure out how to get the sidebar for the sphinxdoc.css html style to be at the top-right of my document instead of the bottom-right, where it appears to be by default. I've looked through the sphinx docs and conf.py from the mercurial repo, and I can't see any difference. Yet somehow the sidebar is at the top in the sphinx docs and at the bottom in my example. Has anyone here seen this behavior before?
