Thanks for the report! I'm a bit puzzled about these messages in the output: WARNING: /Users/vinp/Documents/informatique/python/sphinx/Sphinx-0.5.1/doc/contents.rst:: toctree contains reference to document 'ext/builderapi' that doesn't have a title: no link will be generated It looks like these files are corrupted.
