I am trying to use the sorted flag but get warning errors - is this a
known issue?

:sorted:
Drink
A "Drink" in t
etc
But when I build I get tons of these warnings and the glossary page only
contains the title "Glossary".
C:\Dev\twcb-doc\en\source\overview010.rst:66: WARNING: term not in
glossary: drinks
I am using 0.6.1 on Python 2.5.4 on Vista.
