Hi folks, As a work around I tried installing sphinx-0.6.3 on my redhat enterprise linux workstation. This set up seems to work - at least "make html" completes and produces readable html, although a variety of warnings occur. I still would love to know how to get it working on mac OSX. So if you have any ideas, please let me know.
