Sure. Use sys.path.append(os.path.abspath('../src'))
I assume that your "src" is not a package, i.e. doesn't contain __init__.py,
so ".. automodule:: src.autodocTest" is not correct. It should be
".. automodule:: autodocTest", and the sys.path entry should include "src".
