It's not only in the starting page. On every page, the link in the TOC
to the page we're in, is referring to "", and not to the link itself.
Firefox renders the href="" fine, but IE8 not. It redirects it to the
the root directory, and if running locally, it'll open file explorer.

It's easy to test: just click on any link in the TOC twice. First time
will bring it to that selected page and will change the link in the
TOC, and the second time will bring the file explorer.

The problematic link is indeed href="", and changing it to href="#"
didn't work.

Why not having full reference in the TOC at all times?
