Hello, When editing a changelog, to include a link to the description of a ticket, I constantly use the following pattern :
`#233 <http://internal_ticket_tracker/projects/specs/ticket/233>`_ Only the ticket number changes. What is the cleanest way to have a shortcut for this repetitive pattern? Also, what is the status of the "confval" directive used by the Sphinx documentation itself, but not available, in Sphinx 6.3?
