The table-of-contents pane seems to screw up printing HTML files. First of all there's the whitespace where the table of contents is... more seriously, on Firefox (3.5) and IE (IE7) the text goes off the edge of the page and is clipped. Opera handles this more advantageously, although it may be incorrect.
Is there any way to fix the .css so that for print mode it does the right thing and gets rid of the table of contents column? I filed a bug report http://bitbucket.org/birkenfeld/sphinx/issue/297/ but haven't seen any activity/acknowledgement so I figured I'd post here.
