Hi, I deleted build and then re-ran 'make html'. The new searchindex.js picked up everything, as far as I can tell. As my build directory is under svn, deleting it and rebuilding it isn't really an option. What I did was copy the new searchindex.js file back to the svn copy.
With the rebuild it went from 13KB to 19KB, so it looks like it definitely was missing some data. Thanks for that suggestion.
