1) Favicon I apologize for my ignorance, but where do I put my favicon image so it does not get overwritten when I merge to the trunk and someone merges after me?
2) Tables The default style sheet suits our needs fine except for the table format (no padding). Has anyone given thought to updating the default style sheet, to add even one space next to the column line. Then everyone wouldn't have to create their own CSS to modify it.
