I'm getting 700+ WARNINGS, most of which look like this: /Users/*****/code/pysal/doc/source/library/weights/weights.txt:: WARNING: toctree contains reference to nonexisting document 'library/ weights/~W.id_order'
W.id_order is a function of the W class. Is the problem with my .rst formatting or my maxdepth or ??
