I've finished a rough draft of my proposal and posted it for everyone to take a look at. Instead of doing the porting and webapp I've decided to propose doing the webapp and a way of translating documentation. This is primarily because I've never ported an application before and am unsure how long it will take. I want to be sure I can complete whatever I take on. I am still open to doing the porting if it is considered very important, but I think I can do the most good for the project if I stick to the webapp. This is just a rough draft that I typed out this morning, so be gentle :P. I will be adding more deliverables and a schedule to the proposal when I have the time. For now I have a ton of homework to do. Please take a look at it and make any suggestions that you think will make my application more likely to be accepted. The rough draft is located here:
