here is the code for a Mediawiki extension that allows you to incorporate Sphinx inside a normal wiki. http://bitbucket.org/kevindunn/sphinx-wiki This gives you the benefits of Sphinx, but with the benefits of a wiki (collaborative editing, version control, etc). I based my code on ideas originally found here: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:RstToHtml but this code handles images and a few other details. I have tested the code on two wikis: one where I full control of the server, and the other on a shared server.
